Dates
Registration opens on July 13. All submissions must be made to Devpost by July 20.
Eligibility
- Open to participants of all skill levels.
- Participants may compete individually. Else, teams must consist of 2-4 members.
- Participants must be aged 13 or older.
- Individuals from all around the world are welcome to join.
- All participants must adhere to the code of conduct and hackathon rules.
Project and Submission Requirements
- All projects must be original. Pre-existing projects are not eligible.
- Projects must incorporate machine learning or AI components.
- All submissions must be completed and uploaded to the submission portal by the specified deadline.
Prizes
- Grand Prize: Awarded to the individual or team with the most outstanding project that demonstrates exceptional innovation, impact, and technical proficiency.
- Second Place: Awarded to the 2nd place individual or team that showcases a highly innovative and impactful project with strong technical execution.
- Third Place: Recognizes the 3rd place individual or team that created a notable and promising project.
- Honorable Mention: The Honorable Mention prize is given to an individual or team whose project demonstrates significant potential and creativity.
- People's Choice: Awarded to the individual or team who receives the most votes on Devpost.
Judging Criteria and Winner Selection
- Innovation and Creativity (25%): How novel and creative is the solution? Does it bring a new approach to addressing the problem?
- Impact and Relevance (25%): How effectively does the solution address the chosen challenge? What is the potential real-world impact?
- Technical Proficiency (25%): How well is the project executed technically? Are the algorithms and methodologies used effective and appropriate?
- Presentation and Clarity (15%): How well is the project presented? Are the problem, solution, and impact clearly communicated?
- User Experience (10%): How user-friendly and accessible is the solution? Is it easy to use and understand?
